Full-Time On-Campus Learning with Flexible Fridays
The Immersion Track is designed for families seeking a highly connected, relationship-centered, full-time learning experience. Students attend on campus Monday through Thursday in a structured environment intentionally designed around deep learning, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful real-world experiences.
Rather than organizing learning around rigid pacing guides and constant test preparation, the Immersion Track is built around mastery, curiosity, discussion, reflection, and application. Students engage in interdisciplinary Wonder Workshops, targeted foundational learning, Socratic discussions, creative projects, movement, and regular opportunities for exploration and connection throughout the day.
At the same time, we recognize that children learn best when there is balance. The schedule is intentionally designed to create space for flexibility, family connection, independent learning, field experiences, and time to process and apply learning in meaningful ways.
The result is a learning environment that maintains strong academic expectations while creating a more engaging, human-centered, and sustainable rhythm for students and families.
The Immersion Track is designed for families seeking a highly connected, relationship-centered learning environment that combines strong academics with deeper real-world learning experiences, collaboration, mentorship, and whole child development.
The Immersion Track emphasizes mastery, application, creativity, communication, leadership, and ownership of learning. The goal is not simply to move students through a system, but to help them become curious, capable, thoughtful, resilient learners who are prepared to continue learning throughout their lives.
A typical day at PEAK Mastery is designed to feel connected, engaging, balanced, and purposeful. Students move through a rhythm of academic learning, creativity, movement, collaboration, reflection, and real-world application throughout the day.
Students begin and end the day within a consistent homeroom community led by a coach who may remain with them for multiple years, helping build stronger relationships, mentorship, accountability, and a deeper sense of belonging over time.
Throughout the rest of the day, students rotate through different learning blocks, projects, teachers, and peer groupings depending on mastery needs, developmental readiness, learning goals, workshop rotations, and areas of interest. While students remain anchored within a consistent homeroom community, they also experience a variety of learning environments intentionally designed to support personalized growth, collaboration, mentorship, and deeper engagement throughout the day.
To help support both transitions and the learning experience itself, PEAK Mastery intentionally plans for increased aide support throughout the school model. Aides help students navigate class rotations and transition smoothly between learning environments, while also providing in-class support through small-group guidance, project facilitation, organization, behavioral and emotional regulation support, attendance tracking, and individualized academic assistance. This additional adult support helps maintain stronger student-to-adult ratios and creates more connected, responsive, and supportive learning environments throughout the day.
Movement, outdoor time, reflection, and meaningful breaks are intentionally built throughout the day to help students remain engaged, emotionally regulated, connected, and ready to learn.
At the end of the day, students reconnect with their coach and learning community to reflect on growth, celebrate successes, process challenges, and prepare for continued learning.
The goal is to create a learning experience where students feel known, supported, challenged, inspired, and actively engaged in meaningful learning throughout the day.
